Lillian Claypool is a recovered lifetime dieter who spent the better years of her early 20’s worried. Worried about food, about exercise, about bodyweight, and about everything else. After 10 years as a sports medicine professional working with Division I, II, III, high school athletes, and the military elite, Lillian realized the simple elements of nutrition were escaping most people.
