Lillian Claypool is a recovered lifetime dieter who spent the better years of her early 20’s worried. Worried about food, about exercise, about bodyweight, and about everything else. After 10 years as a sports medicine professional working with Division I, II, III, high school athletes, and the military elite, Lillian realized the simple elements of nutrition were escaping most people.

Almost everyone she met had a similar story of confusion, overwhelm, and unhappiness with their nutrition.

It didn’t matter if she was talking to a mom or an elite fighter, the same question came up “what do I eat?”. People wanted to learn how to eat healthfully in a way that felt simple and easy and could be seamlessly integrated into their daily life. Lily realized that through her own journey, she was equipped to answer these questions and provide clarity and nutrition freedom to the people around her. After completing both the NASM Performance Nutrition certification and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, Lily set out to build LCN.
